Vanultra is developing a new roof top tent mount specifically targeted for 4Runners, Broncos, FJ’s and other SUVs with low profile roof racks that have little or no access between the roof and rack. This new mounting system is designed such that the tent mounts can be opened and closed from the back of the SUV without needing to remove cross bars or reach deep into the roof rack.
Vanultra has recently created a prototype set of these new SUV tent mounts and has tested them with Sherpa Equipment Co, one of the leaders in 5th Gen 4Runner roof racks. Check out the latest video HERE and follow along with progress for this project.
